About me: I started the Womens Poker Club because I love poker and want to encourage more women to play the sport more competitively. This site and its members are very important to me. I am thrilled with the ongoing success of the Club and the wonderful members that have joined, and look forward to its growth and even more fun ahead. I have been in Internet Marketing and Technology for the past 10 years. I have a shihtzu named Cadbury, and he is my baby. I love the outdoors and look forward to summer when I can camp, hike and relax. I truly feel my best and happy when I am working on a new idea or project with new challenges.
Poker Experience: I started playing in July 2003, so I am still a novice. Love the game. I also play dealers choice at friend's house every 2nd Saturday. I remember the first time I made it to a final table, I had been playing about two weeks, it was 3 a.m. in the morning, I was so tired I could hardly keep my eyes open. During heads up I said to the other player, you know the prize money is only a bit different so I don't want to play anymore. I just gave in and took second and went to bed! Would I do that now on a final table? No way - I'm in for the win all the way!
