Royal Vegas Poker is part of the Prima
Poker network, a group of over 30 poker sites. They
came on the scene last year and have grown to be one
of the 5 biggest poker rooms online. Some of the biggest
positives are that they offer some of the best monthly
bonuses and free tournaments in poker. Some of the negatives
is their customer support. Read below to find out more.
Royal Vegas Poker has one main problem
- customer support. Their customer support can be lacking
at times and you really need to phone them - emails
seem to be hit and miss. If you have a problem you really
have to get on them and not let them forget about you.
The other major problem is that they have three $1000
tournaments every day and they are free to enter but
you must have played at least 50 raked hands in the
previous 24 hours to qualify. It has become apparent
that they simply are not tracking the number of hands
you play properly. Sometimes you play way more than
50 hands and you can't get in and other times you don't
play at all and you do get in.
However, Royal Vegas Poker also has
some huge positives. They offer a very nice monthly
bonus for frequent players - over $20,000 in total -
and they offer a very large number of free rolls every
day. They have a total of 6 free rolls every day for
a total prize pool of over $3,500.
Overall, Royal Vegas Poker is bit of
a mixed bag. The tournaments are really nice and the
monthly bonuses are great but the customer support can
be frustrating at times. It's really up to the individual
player to decide what is more important to them and
if you're unsure, give them a try for a while and find
out.
